Debra is currently a CRA/Fair Lending Officer at AmeriServ Financial Bank. She specializes in affordable housing opportunities and educating First Time Homebuyers. She has a strong background in mortgage lending spanning 25+ years.

Debra has also served on the YMCA Board, currently serving on the Avalon Public Library Board and former president of the Avon Club Foundation which provides financial grants to non-profits, charitable organizations within the Avonworth School District. She is also a long-term volunteer of the Bartko Foundation whose mission is to invest in self-sufficiency of single minority Mothers.

Other interest is financial literacy for both youth and adults.
