Program Assesment
Our staff will conduct three in-person or virtual visit to gather necessary information about the current state of your program’s and its specific needs. This includes detailed conversations with keys administrative staff, students, and the community to establish a deeper understanding of what is working and what can be improved on. We will then take this information and create a detailed and comprehensive overview of our findings, and work with your team to set achievable and measurable goals to work toward wit detailed steps of how to get there.
Program Model Replication
Implement the best strategies, techniques and programming that BTO has to offer in your own program. From training staff to assessing your program and every step in between, we have the resources you need to make impactful changes in the lives of your students.
Resource Assessment
BTO will review your current partnerships and how your agency currently utilizes the resources available. Our staff will then work to look for ways to use these resources to their full capacity or search for new partnerships at the local, regional, and national level to fill in any gaps that may exist.
Trainings

BTO will review the services currently offered in your geographic are that overlap with your needs and work to establish connections with these businesses; non-profits; local, state, and national political representation; and agencies to search for mutually beneficial collaborations. BTO will gather all contact information and take the initial steps to create meaningful, and longstanding partnerships.
